LAUD AFFOTEY

As the CEO of Design Protocol, Laud Affotey comes with a wealth of experience in Architectural Consultancy, Interior Design and Fit-out, Project and Facilities Management.
He also has extensive knowledge in design and contract administration. Before establishing Design Protocol, Laud was involved in a host of projects with Zenith Bank where he started the Property and Admin department and headed it for 10 years. Within the last two decades he has developed skills is mentoring, business strategy and project management. Laud Affotey holds a master’s degree in architecture and an MBA in Project management. He also obtained executive training in project leadership, communication and team building in South Africa, UK, and Dubai.
A firm believer in pragmatic Architecture, Laud has deep roots in the contemporary design.

gLENN ADU

Glenn is a dynamic and versatile architect with over a decade of progressive experience acquired from projects he has undertaken. While creating bold and unique designs solutions within the client’s budget, Glenn tries to capture every client’s dream and translate them into breathtaking bespoke designs. He is passionate about developing and implementing exceptional architectural designs and committed to details and achieving client satisfaction every step of the way.

DANIEL NUNOO

Daniel is a well-organized and creative architect who takes a pragmatic approach to design processes, with deliverables that satisfy client’s expectations and more. With over a decade’s experience in both consultancy and construction purposely seeking to pursue a career in Architecture, Project Management and Facilities Management. He has a degree in Architecture and a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

SAMUEL ANDOH-OWUSU

Sammy is an enthusiastic architect with extraordinary interests in original design approaches. He is bilingual and fluent in both French and English. He studied architecture at the Saad Dahleb University in Blida, Algeria and at the Central University in Ghana. He enjoys both the process of developing ideas in the web of interrelated specialties and working with the construction teams to put them into action. He is especially passionate about creating spaces that last for decades and knowing that they will make a positive impact on people’s lives and the environment.

GERTRUDE KWAMIN

Gertrude is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, business strategy and business development. She works with senior team members to identify and manage business growth opportunities. She has set up successful accounting and operational systems for several organizations including Auditing, IT Consulting, Construction Firms and Banks. Her academic background, blended with the wealth of professional experience, enables her to provide a strong financial and business advisory solutions. She has an MBA in Finance from GIMPA and a Member of ICAG.

PAUL GYAU ASARE

Paul is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with about thirteen years of progressive experience in project planning and implementation, preparation of bill of quantities, cost control and analysis, project procurement and management, contract management and preparation of contract documents. He is currently the Senior Quantity Surveyor at Deprotocol Studio and is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
He holds a degree in Accounting from Central University College and a Diploma in Building Technology from Accra Polytechnic.
